On 19th July 2021, Agency TRIA ROBIT celebrated the 30th anniversary of the company.
The celebration took place at Birini Castle, where together with the current and former employees of the company, we explored the history of the castle, competed with each other in the Legends game, looking for answers to questions about the Castle of Birini, its park and its former residents. Lastly we enjoyed a fantastic meal of the great chefs of the castle, accompanied by the virtuoso’s accordion play, and honored the long-time colleagues and our bosses on the beautiful and round anniversary.
We are pleased for what we have accomplished in these 30 years and look forward to the future challenges.
Here’s what the leading worldwide intellectual property resources say about us:
World Trademark Review (WTR)
“A mighty force in prosecution” and a prime pick when it comes to oppositions and enforcement, Latvia’s largest patent and trademark agency Tria Robit is commended for its “excellent Eastern European network, efficient organisation and quick invoicing”. Spearheading the practice is Bronislavs Baltrumovics, who receives effusive praise from all corners of the market: “Bronislavs works quickly and effectively in pressing cases with short deadlines and his ability to coordinate matters over several territories is an asset for large-scale global projects. His understanding of the law and his courtroom manner are also impeccable.” Lately, he has been assisting Apple and Fashion TV. A new face in the WTR 1000 this year, Inese Polaka “represents brand owners in opposition proceedings exquisitely. She is one of the smartest attorneys in town, with a perfect recollection of legal precedent and case law”. Leveraging three decades of experience, Polaka has been providing on-point counsel to Hyundai and Lukoil. The firm would not be where it is today without founding partner Vladimir Anohin, an authority on trademark law in the food and beveragespace.”
“A specialist IP firm, Agency Tria Robit has received instructions from household names such as Apple, Gillette and Adidas, among many others. The team’s primary area of activity at present has been acting on oppositions, with expertise in cross-border issues in Eastern and Central Europe. Managing partner and trade mark attorney Natalija Anohina leads the team. She is supported by fellow trade mark attorneys Bronislavs Baltrumovics and Inese Polaka, as well as patent attorney Vladimir Anohin.”
