Sabine Udre joined Agency TRIA ROBIT in 2008 as a legal adviser and patent attorney assistant. In 2009 she obtained a Bachelor’s degree in Law and in 2011 her Master of Law degree at the University of Latvia. After passing the qualification exam in 2013, she became Latvian and European Trademark and Design Attorney. She is consulting local and foreign clients in the field of trademark law, including trademark oppositions matters, trademark infringement matters and protection of the intellectual property rights before customs and police authorities (anti-counterfeiting matters), as well as provides legal services in the field of copyright and unfair competition law. Sabine is responsible also for representation of clients in legal proceedings before OHIM, the Board of Appeals of Latvian Patent Office as well in Latvian judicial authorities.
