Nina Golyshko graduated from Moscow University of Steel and Alloys in 1971and from Russian University of Intellectual Property Protection in 1973. She also holds Master’s degree in Civil Law from Russian New University. She received an extensive experience in intellectual property protection, while working at the patent department at the Research Institute from 1971 to 1992. Nina worked at the leading Russian IP firm Sojuzpatent from 1992 until she joined Agency TRIA ROBIT in 2006. She is a Russian Patent, Trademark and Design Attorney and a Eurasian Patent Attorney. She is experienced in the field of trademarks, appellations of origin, industrial designs in Russia and CIS countries, including protection of the owner’s rights before administrative bodies and courts.
