The Republic of Poland accesses International Agreement

The World Intellectual Property Organization (WIPO) informed that on 2 April, 2009 the The Republic of Poland accessed to the Geneva Act of the Hague Agreement concerning the international registration of industrial designs which will enter into force on 2 July 2009 in Poland.
The accession to the Agreement will allow companies, with a single application, to obtain protection of a design not only in a member state, but also in the countries which are members of the Geneva Act.
