| Marks Marks Kuzans graduated from Riga Polytechnic Institute, Faculty of Radio Engineering, in 1975. He acquired special education in industrial property field graduating from the Central Institute of Patents and Licenses in 1986. In 1981-1992, he was the Senior Engineer of the Patents and Information Section of the VEF Electrotechnical State Plant and, later, the Head of the Licenses Sector of the VEF Research Institute and the Head of the Patent and Licenses Section of the VEF States-shared Company. Marks is a member of AIPPI, member of the Latvian Patent Attorney’s Association. He is a qualified Latvian Patent Attorney since 1992 and European Trademark Attorney since 2004. |  |
