| Katerina Imune joined Agency TRIA ROBIT as a legal adviser in 2005. In 2006, she graduated from the Latvian Police Academy, having obtained a Master’s Degree in Law. She is a qualified Latvian Trademark Attorney since 2008. Katerina acquired a special education in intellectual property and passed General Course on Intellectual Property at the WIPO Worldwide Academy of the World Intellectual Property Organization in 2006. She deals with consultancy services in the field of trademark law, copyright law, unfair competition, counterfeiting matters and domain names and specializes in the field of intellectual property protection in the European Union and also in the Russian Federation, Azerbaijan, Armenia, Belarus, Georgia, Kazakhstan, Moldova, Tajikistan, Turkmenistan, Ukraine, Uzbekistan. She participates in conferences and seminars held by professional associations, such as ECTA (European Community Trademark Association), INTA (International Trademark Association), APАA (Asian Patent Attorney Association), AIPPI Baltic (Baltic Group of the International Association for the Protection of Intellectual Property). |
