| Inese Polaka graduated from University of Latvia, Faculty of Finance and Commerce in 1986 with a diploma of economist. Then, she worked as an editor at the Latvian Chamber of Commerce and Industry. She has a special education in industrial property field. Inese works in the field of intellectual property since 1991. She is a qualified Latvian Trademark Attorney since 1993 and European Trademark Attorney since 2004. She joined Agency TRIA ROBIT in 1996 and specializes in the trademark litigation before the Court and opposition cases before the Patent Office of Latvia. Inese is a member of the Latvian Association of Patent Attorneys since 1993 and a member of the Board of the Association from 2001 till 2009. |  |
